The Royal Grammar School Guildford opens its first branch in Dubai

It is the second Royal Grammar School Guildford in the Middle East

 

Dubai, Sept 2, 2021: The Royal Grammar School Guildford launched its first branch in Dubai. It is the second Royal Grammar School Guildford in the Middle East while the first one opened in Qatar in 2016. 

The RGS Guildford UAE campus was officially opened in the presence of Dr. Abdulla Al Karam, Director General of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Craig Lamshed, Founding Principal RGS Guildford Dubai and Dr. Jon Cox, Headmaster RGS Guildford UK, as well as Clare Turnbull, RGS Guildford Dubai’s Head of Prep, Chris Jansen, CEO Cognita and David Baldwin, Managing Director, Middle East, Cognita. 

Located within the new Tilal Al Ghaf community development near Motor City, the Dubai branch will follow the British curriculum. 

Dr. Jon Cox, Headmaster of the RGS Guildford, UK welcomed RGS Guildford Dubai as the new member of their international family and said that they are excited to bring the excellence of an RGS education to Dubai.

RGS Guildford Dubai has a 40,000 square metre campus and will accommodate up to 2,100 students.
