The Global Excellence Conclave 2026 Dubai Chapter brought together educators, leaders and innovators at Dusit Thani Dubai, honouring excellence across education, business and social impact while advancing thought leadership through panels and academic convocations 

Dubai, July 20, 2026: The 7th edition of the Global Excellence Conclave Dubai Chapter brought together accomplished educators, entrepreneurs, business leaders, innovators, institutions, young achievers and changemakers from more than 25 countries at Dusit Thani Dubai. 

The event reinforced Dubai’s position as a hub for innovation and enterprise while strengthening the Conclave’s role as a premier platform for recognition, intellectual exchange and professional collaboration. The Global Excellence Conclave has featured more than 40 global speakers, honoured more than 500 awardees, engaged 1,000 plus participants and represented more than 25 countries. 

A defining feature of GEC 2026 was its broad recognition framework. The Global Education Awards honoured educators, academic leaders, researchers, institutions and initiatives advancing learning. The Global Business Awards celebrated entrepreneurs, executives, innovators and organisations shaping enterprise and industry. The Global Young Icon Awards recognised emerging achievers driving positive change, while Special Global Excellence recognitions celebrated contributions to humanitarian service, healthcare and community development. 

Guiding the Conclave’s vision was its Founder Chairman Prof. Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty. His keynote address focused on purposeful leadership, global responsibility, integrity and the value of recognising work that creates lasting influence. 

Majid AlFalasi, a distinguished businessman from the UAE, along with Dr. Janat Clemis, Director General of East Bridge University from Canada; Christopher Maitland, an accomplished education leader with extensive experience across the UK and the UAE; and Eli Ghazel, a respected educator, author and international speaker, added valuable international perspectives. 

The education panel, powered by Global Excellence Digest, titled ‘Redefining Success in Education: Preparing Learners for Life, Leadership, and the Future,’ explored inclusive learning, learner development and the evolving purpose of education. The business panel, powered by East Bridge University, titled ‘Business Beyond Borders: Leadership, Innovation, and the New Rules of Global Growth,’ examined leadership, artificial intelligence, governance, innovation and sustainable international growth. 

The occasion also featured the convocation ceremonies of East Bridge University, Asian College of Teachers and East Bridge Training, celebrating graduates, educators and professionals. These included the conferment of professional doctorates by East Bridge University, Paris, recognising accomplished individuals for their leadership and contributions.
