AURAK secures sixth position among UAE universities  

Ras Al Khaimah, Jun 7, 2024: The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) has made it to the ‘Top 500 Universities’ list in the 2025 QS World University Rankings (QSWUR) at 485th position.  

AURAK has secured sixth position among universities in the UAE. The QS World University Rankings is an annual publication of university rankings, including ranking the world’s top universities.  

These rankings provide a comparative analysis of institutions’ performance in terms of academic and employer reputation, faculty-student ratio, citations per faculty member, international faculty ratio and international student ratio. 

In 2023 AURAK achieved the QS 5 Stars Plus rating, becoming the first university in the UAE to receive the accolade, securing its place among the world’s elite universities.”
