Kids First Group receives the ‘Great Place to Work’ certificate

The certification, awarded by the American Institute, celebrates organisations that provide a healthy, productive and trusting environment for their employees 

Dubai, July 10, 2023: Kids First Group has received the ‘Great Place To Work’ recognition for its healthy, productive, and trusting environment for its employees, the company said in an announcement.   

“We follow the motto, Happy staff = Happy children, meaning that if our staff is happy, this is then reflected on the children at the nurseries,” says Diana Takieddine, Group HR director at Kids First Group. 

This is done by fostering a safe space for open dialogue, encouraging feedback, and taking appropriate action to resolve issues. In addition, “We encourage work-life balance by offering flexible work arrangements including remote work options and flexible hours,” she said.  

Kids First Group owns and operates more than 30 nursery schools, supports the development of more than 2,500 children between the age group of three months to six years and employs more than 500 staff. 

The certification, awarded by the American Institute, uses a data-based model for assessment, conducts employee surveys to gain deep insights into their experiences and define the key factors that contribute to a great workplace. These factors include fairness, credibility, respect, pride, camaraderie, and above all, trust.
