The edtech exhibition aims to connect education professionals with the latest innovations

Riyadh, Mar 6, 2025: The Education Global Exhibition (EDGEx), designed to empower individuals and organisations in Saudi Arabia with the latest knowledge, skills and technologies, will be held from April 13–16, 2025 at the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh.

Through a dynamic blend of education technology showcase, latest innovation, keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and engaging panel discussions, EDGEx will explore the transformative power of innovation across various sectors.

The edtech exhibition aims to connect education professionals with the latest innovations along with an experiential showcase for parents and students, with gamified learning and university guidance.

The academic knowledge transfer showcase is a central feature designed to highlight the transformative power of research, innovation and academic collaborations.

EDGEx is hosted by the Saudi Ministry of Education and is a part of the Human Capital and Education Week, a platform designed to unlock the full potential of human capital.

Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, Saudi Minister of Education and Chairman of the HCDP Executive Committee says, “The exhibition will provide opportunities for local and international universities and leading companies to explore cutting-edge technologies, practices and innovative educational programmes, including advancements in artificial intelligence, thereby creating new investment opportunities to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.”

Running alongside EDGEx at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Centre is the Human Capital Initiative (HCI) – also a part of the Human Capital and Education Week. HCI serves as a global cooperative platform designed to unify international efforts and enrich global dialogue on the challenges and opportunities for developing human capabilities. Held under the theme ‘Beyond Preparing for the Future’, HCI is organised by the Human Capability Development Programme, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 realisation programmes, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Human Capability Development Programme Committee.

HCI is scheduled to take place from April 13–14, 2025.
