BISR Al Waha, marks the school’s seventh campus in Saudi Arabia 

Riyadh, Oct 19, 2025: British International School Riyadh (BISR) held an opening ceremony for its newly opened Al Waha campus on October 15, 2025. Al Waha is BISR’s seventh campus in the country. The new campus welcomed students earlier in the year on August 27, 2025.  

Serving 2,000 students aged three to 18, BISR Al Waha operates under the leadership of Principal Karen Jones. 

Jeremy Newton, the new Director of Schools at BISR says, “The opening of our Al Waha campus represents a significant milestone in BISR’s journey of growth… In recent years, our school has grown exponentially, from a single campus at Al Hamra to now seven campuses across the Kingdom. Today, we are home to more than 3,000 students, supported by 500 dedicated staff, representing over 90 nationalities.”
