The ACES scholarships are designed to celebrate all-round student excellence

Dubai, June 12, 2025: Innoventures Education announced the launch of its Academic and Co-Curricular Excellence Scholarship (ACES) programme at Collegiate International School (CIS) and Raffles International School (RIS). The scholarship programme aims to recognise students who excel academically and demonstrate creativity, leadership and a strong sense of social responsibility.

Open to students from Year 5 to Year 13 (and Grades 4 to 12 at CIS), the merit-based scholarships cover up to 20% of KHDA-approved annual tuition fees. While academic performance is a factor, the ACES criteria also weigh a student’s broader contributions, valuing their involvement in school life, innovative thinking and potential for positive impact. Unlike traditional academic awards, through ACES, Innoventures Education aims to nurture well-rounded, future-ready learners.

To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate consistent academic excellence, hold a CAT4 mean score of 130 or higher (or show equivalent strength in at least three out of the four assessment areas namely Verbal, Quantitative, Non-Verbal, Spatial), maintain a minimum of 98% attendance over the past two academic years and be actively engaged in co-curricular activities and broader school life.

“The ACES Scholarship is about more than academic scores. It’s about recognising students with dedication, application and drive,” says Poonam Bhojani, CEO of Innoventures Education. “We’re looking for learners who not only achieve but also uplift those around them and reflect the values of innovation, responsibility and service,” she adds.

Beyond the financial aspect, the ACES programme provides successful applicants with personalised academic pathways, goal-setting frameworks, regular progress reviews and supplemental study support. Mentorship from subject experts is also part of the programme. Students are encouraged to pursue leadership opportunities and, when feasible, gain exposure to industry professionals through tailored internships or similar experiences.
