By leveraging technologies like GPS tracking and route optimisation, designing campus infrastructure with dedicated drop-off zones, and conducting proactive annual performance reviews with providers, schools are proactively engaged in high regulatory compliance and transit efficiency.

At ACS International School Doha, facilities manager Samuel Gathoni says transport planning for the new year begins with reviewing the last one. “We hold review meetings with the transport provider to evaluate the previous year’s performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and implement necessary measures well in advance,” he says. “This proactive approach helps us maintain high standards of student safety while ensuring continued compliance with all regulatory requirements and expectations set by the authorities.”
