STEAM learning goes mainstream

As the GCC states prepare to move to a knowledge-based economy, schools across the region are aggressively implementing a STEAM-based curriculum

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states are on a mission to create a knowledge-based economy, and in this pursuit have fast tracked and widened Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) education across educational institutions. 

A growing number of schools in the region are incorporating STEAM, starting from students as young as three plus years, mainly through robotics and coding.
