The new Al Hamra school is set to open in August 2026 

Dubai, Oct 14, 2025: RAK Academy has announced the launch of a secondary school at its Al Hamra branch. The secondary school is scheduled to open in August 2026.  

“RAK Academy is proud to usher in this exciting new phase of growth at our Al Hamra branch,” says Graham Beale, Executive Principal of RAK Academy.  

The new secondary school will feature community and learning spaces including a dedicated Sixth Form Centre, an auditorium, libraries and a central food and beverage hub. 

The secondary expansion houses 40 modern classrooms, specialised science laboratories, two art studios, a design technology workshop and innovation zones.

The expanded campus has been conceived as an educational oasis, featuring extensive green areas, shaded courtyards and energy-efficient learning environments. The design philosophy reflects RAK Academy’s commitment to preparing environmentally responsible future leaders who understand the importance of sustainability alongside academic achievement.
