Ajman, June 12, 2026: North Gate British School in Ajman has launched a new conservation initiative to plant 3,000 tress across three countries.

As part of Green Sadaqah: Forest Beyond Borders, trees would be across the UAE, Thailand and Uganda. The initiative was launched in collaboration with Eco Matcher, an NGO with expertise in tree planting and provides verifiable evidence through geo tagging and blockchain certification.

Through the programme, every student will get an opportunity to plant a tree. The Eco Matcher portal will allow students to track the growth of their tree in real time.

“Green Sadaqah reflects our commitment to sustainability, environmental stewardship and nurturing future generations who understand their responsibility towards the planet,” says Tom Meakin, Principal of North Gate British School.
