Newron acquires Sabari Indian School

Sabari Indian School, a CBSE school based in Dubai, is now part of Newron, the education arm of ODM Educational Group

Acquisition from Al Najah Education ensures full continuity for students, parents and staff  

Dubai, Feb 2, 2026: Sabari Indian School, a CBSE school located in Al Wuheida, Dubai, has been acquired by Newron, the education arm of ODM Educational Group. The school was acquired from Al Najah Education as part of an ownership transition. The school will now operate as part of the ODM network. 

Founded in 2013, Sabari Indian School was operating under the stewardship of Al Najah Education, a UAE-based education investment and management group.   

The ODM Educational Group has also outlined a focused improvement roadmap aimed at supporting Sabari Indian School in progressing towards a “Very Good” rating in upcoming KHDA inspection cycles.
