The two-day event to be held from February 10th to 11th, 2026 aims to promote a new generation of leaders in the education industry, preparing them for a globalised education landscape and encouraging them to move beyond traditional models of leadership and embrace collaboration, creativity, and courage. 

Riyadh, Sept 29, 2025:  In February 2026, educational leaders across the region will gather in Saudi Arabia for The Transformational Leadership in Global Education Conference.  

The two-day event aims to promote a new generation of leaders in the education industry and prepare them for a globalised education landscape.  

The conference is structured based on the premise that leadership in education must be international, interconnected, and innovative.  

The event is being held under the backdrop of schools and institutions facing unprecedented challenges: technological disruption, shifting student needs, social inequities, and the demand for truly inclusive systems.  

There is also an urgent need for leaders to move beyond traditional models of leadership and embrace collaboration, creativity, and courage. 

Educators participating in the event will be able to engage in practical training sessions; gain insights into leadership models that foster resilience, innovation, and equity; explore international collaborations and network with specialists and peers and build relationships that extend beyond borders.   

Over the two days, the conference blends keynote presentations, sponsor showcases, hands-on training, and lively networking sessions.   

Among the speakers at the event are Ann Palmer – a renowned figure in strategic leadership and policy development; Shaheen Myers – celebrated for her pioneering work in well being and culture; Al Kingsley MBE – an international authority on governance, edtech, and system-wide improvement; Raza Ali – a dynamic leader recognised for driving organisational transformation; Wayne Harris – who is bringing expertise in global leadership and innovative practice; Victoria Raynor – a safeguarding and pastoral care specialist with a global outlook; Clemmie Stewart – a leader in international school development and curriculum innovation; and Paul McConnell – strategic leader who oversees a significant number of schools in Riyadh.  

The event is being jointly organised by Elevate Ed Global, the events arm of  Fig Tree International and Balance Ed and will be held at the Radisson Blu in Saudi Arabia on 10th & 11th February 2026.
